Prospera Health and Hospitality Services (PHHS) is a brand new company ready to help reshape the hotel industry in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a sister company to Prospera Hospitality, a hotel and restaurant development and management company whose leadership team possesses more than 100 years of combined hotel experience and a sophisticated understanding of the medical industry, PHHS has the knowledge and expertise to revolutionize how guests think about the hotel industry. By offering innovative consultation services and a comprehensive product line, PHHS is uniquely positioned to help hotels achieve medical-grade cleanliness without sacrificing quality or comfort.
In March of 2020, when the travel industry came to a standstill, we saw the vast impact it had on the many people who rely on hotels for employment and travel. We knew there had to be a better way to safeguard hotels and their guests against public health concerns. Combining the hotel management experience of our President and CEO, Kevin Kilkeary, with the medical background of his son and Prospera Hospitality’s Corporate Director of Operations, Kevin Kilkeary Jr., PHHS was created to respond to the unprecedented challenges facing the hospitality industry.
As a company rooted in family and community, we value meaningful partnerships and sustainable operations over trying to build the largest hotel management company in the world, and we recognize that our most important investments are the people we serve. By providing employment opportunities, bringing in tax revenue, and offering gathering spaces for residents, visitors, and businesses, hotels are necessary parts of our social fabric, and we want to protect these institutions and the people who rely on them from the risks of communicable diseases. At Prospera Health and Hospitality Services, we seek to provide hotels with the knowledge and tools necessary to open safely today and remain open with confidence, no matter the challenges that lie ahead.
At PHHS, nothing is more gratifying than providing products and services that ensure the health and wellness of our key stakeholders, and with our team's expertise in operating hotels, restaurants, and banquet and recreational facilities, no one is more qualified to introduce this new category of consulting services and cleaning products to the hospitality industry.
In order for hotels to return to their former volume of travelers, they will need to assure their guests and service teams that the industry’s newly-adopted cleaning protocols, equipment and operating supplies have thoroughly mitigated any possibility of disease contraction. We believe our new line of products and services can accomplish this goal.
