Prospera Health and Hospitality Services (PHHS) is a brand new company ready to help reshape the hospitality and food service industries in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a sister company to Prospera Hospitality, a hotel and restaurant development and management company whose leadership team possesses more than 100 years of combined hotel experience and a sophisticated understanding of the medical industry, PHHS has the knowledge and expertise to revolutionize how guests think about the hospitality and food service industries. By offering innovative consultation services and a comprehensive product line, PHHS is uniquely positioned to help hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and so much more achieve medical-grade cleanliness and maximum efficiency without sacrificing quality or comfort.
In March of 2020, when the travel and food service industries came to a standstill, PHHS saw the vast impact it had on the many people who rely on hotels and restaurants for employment and travel. There had to be a better way to safeguard these businesses and their guests against public health concerns. Combining the hotel management experience of our President and CEO, Kevin Kilkeary, with the medical background of his son and Prospera Hospitality’s Corporate Director of Operations, Kevin Kilkeary Jr., PHHS was created to respond to the unprecedented challenges facing the hospitality and food service industries. The global labor shortage that shortly followed the Covid-19 pandemic compelled PHHS to take their company even further. They quickly analyzed a solution and immersed themselves in the world of service robotics. Cobotics, robotic devices designed to cooperate with humans, became the perfect assistants to companies struggling to staff their businesses. Prospera Health and Hospitality Services' goal is to never stop finding innovative solutions to help the hospitality and food service industries thrive no matter the challenges they face.
As a company rooted in family and community, we value meaningful partnerships and sustainable operations over trying to build the largest hotel management company in the world, and we recognize that our most important investments are the people we serve. By providing employment opportunities, bringing in tax revenue, and offering gathering spaces for residents, visitors, and businesses, hotels and restaurants are necessary parts of our social fabric, and we want to protect these institutions and the people who rely on them from the risks of communicable diseases while ensuring they operate to the best of their abilities. At Prospera Health and Hospitality Services, we seek to provide hotels and restaurants with the knowledge and tools necessary to open safely today and remain open with confidence, no matter the challenges that lie ahead.
At PHHS, nothing is more gratifying than providing products and services that ensure the health and efficiency of our key stakeholders, and with our team's expertise in operating hotels, restaurants, and banquet and recreational facilities, no one is more qualified to introduce this new category of consulting services, cleaning products, and service robotics to the hospitality and food service industries.
In order for hotels and restaurants to return to their former volume of guests, they will need to assure their guests and service teams that the industry’s newly-adopted cleaning protocols, robotics equipment and operating supplies have thoroughly mitigated any possibility of disease contraction as well as decreased sales due to lack of staff. We believe our new line of products and services can accomplish this goal.
